Shipping Policy

Please allow 24 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We encourage you to carefully review all order details before completing checkout. Pentapotamia Club does not process shipments on weekends or major holidays. All orders are shipped from Punjab, India.

After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

In rare cases, high demand may cause an item to become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a check mailed to the billing address on file. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.

For security reasons, Pentapotamia Club reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.

Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Pentapotamia Club provides complimentary standard shipping (3-5 business days) on all domestic orders.

We offer paid standard worldwide shipping(12-16 business days), with delivery duties and fees varying based on location. If you have any queries regarding international shipping, please reach out to contact.pentapotamiaclub@gmail.com

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, UPS, or other reliable courier services. Estimated shipping times do not account for the 24-hour processing window and may vary due to customs regulations.
