Return and Refund Policy

By using the Pentapotamia Club Exchanges Portal or initiating a purchase request on pentapotamiaclub.com, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree with these terms, we advise against transacting on our platform.

Please note that this policy is subject to change. We recommend reviewing the terms periodically to stay updated on our latest return, refund, and cancellation policies.

Exchange & Return Window:

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days for Domestic Orders from the date of delivery. International Orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation, and our logistics partner will attempt to pick up the item within 24-48 hours.

  • The courier will attempt pickup twice. If unsuccessful, you will be responsible for returning the shipment to our warehouse.
  • Reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area.
  • Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check (QC). If approved, your return/exchange will be processed accordingly.
  • Exchanges will be delivered within 7-10 working days after QC approval. If the requested size is unavailable, you may exchange it for another product or we'll notify when in stock.
  • Returns will be refunded within 5-7 business days, depending on your banking partner, issued via email after QC approval.
  • International orders not eligible for exchange once placed. We kindly request you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
  • rRefund of money for Domestic Orders, it will take 5-6 business days depending on your banking partner.

Important Guidelines:

  • * Products must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • If an item appears used, worn, damaged, or washed, the return/exchange will not be processed.
  • Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Prepaid orders are final and non-refundable. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued .
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Eligibility for Exchange/Return:

You may request an exchange or return if:

  • The product does not fit.
  • The product or shipping package was damaged upon arrival.
  • The product is defective.
  • Accessories or parts of the product are missing.

To be eligible, the returned product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Have the original brand tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Not have any stains, odors, scratches, tears, dents, or damage.
  • Match the details of the original order.
  • Be returned as a complete set (if bought as a set).
  • Pass our quality inspection upon arrival at the warehouse.
  • Returns are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. Once your return request is acknowledged, our team will arrange for the pickup.
  • We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

Order Acceptance Policy – Pentapotamia Club


At Pentapotamia Club, every order passes through 2–3 levels of quality check and secure packaging before dispatch. It is therefore impossible for a product to be swapped or damaged at the time of leaving our facility.


To protect both our customers and the brand, please follow these simple steps at the time of delivery:

1. Check the Outer Packaging

If the package is torn, damaged, or tampered with, do not accept the delivery.

At that moment, take clear photos/videos of the package in the presence of the delivery agent.

2. If You Refuse the Package

The order will return to us automatically.

Once we receive it back along with your proof, we will send you a correct replacement at no extra cost.

3. If You Accept a Damaged Package

By accepting a damaged/torn package without proof, the responsibility shifts to the receiver.

In such cases, Pentapotamia Club will not be liable for refund or replacement.

Our packaging process ensures products are dispatched in perfect condition. Please help us maintain fairness and transparency by checking the package before accepting it from the delivery agent.
