If this happens, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a check mailed to the billing address on file. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account. For security reasons, Pentapotamia Club reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that orders may experience shipping delays during special launches, holiday seasons, or promotional sales.

Exchange & Return Window We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation, and our logistics partner will attempt to pick up the item within 24-48 hours. • The courier will attempt pickup twice. If unsuccessful, you will be responsible for returning the shipment to our warehouse. • Reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area. • Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check (QC). If approved, your return/exchange will be processed accordingly. • Exchanges will be delivered within 7-10 working days after QC approval. If the requested size is unavailable, you may exchange it for another product or receive a store credit for future purchases (valid online or at our stores). • Returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, issued via email after QC approval. Important Guidelines: • Products must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. • If an item appears used, worn, damaged, or washed, the return/exchange will not be processed. • Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) can only be canceled before they are dispatched. • Prepaid orders are final and non-refundable. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued as store credit (valid for 3 months, non-refundable, and redeemable online or in-store). • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Eligibility for Exchange/Return You may request an exchange or return if: • The product does not fit. • The product or shipping package was damaged upon arrival. • The product is defective. • Accessories or parts of the product are missing. To be eligible, the returned product must: 1. Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. 2. Have the original brand tags, packaging, and accessories intact. 3. Not have any stains, odors, scratches, tears, dents, or damage. 4. Match the details of the original order. 5. Be returned as a complete set (if bought as a set). 6. Pass our quality inspection upon arrival at the warehouse.
